I’ve been right where you are
When my youngest left home, and my parents passed away not long after, I felt untethered. I had spent so many years being needed that I didn’t know who I was when the noise stopped.
People kept asking me, “So what are you going to do now?” And honestly? I had no idea.
But in that quiet, something unexpected happened. I started asking better questions. Not “what do I do now?” but “who do I actually want to be?”
That’s when everything started to shift. And it’s exactly what I help my clients do today.
